Anyone can buy a catamaran, but not everyone can build one. So, we decided and built our own catamaran and although we are still far from joining the Forbes list, but we already have our own vessel.

Our site manager insisted on including this date here, and why not! This year we registered our domain name and the history of our site has begun.

We moved to our own house (Bay House). Not without a mortgage and repairs, whose costs have grown 5 times compared to the original, but we made it.

In the year of the pandemic and worldwide lockdown, we decided not to be idle and built another guest house (Granin House). There can never be enough of good houses, you know.

We built a permanent base camp on the shores of the picturesque Lake Tolmacheva with a dining room, a common area with a fireplace, a kitchen and wooden tent platforms.

Although we are not a construction company, we are already practically professionals in this. We have completed the construction of a new country hotel for our guests. Welcome to the Chalet «Dacha»!
