Cape Mayachny is an amazing place. It is here that Avachinskaya Bay and the endless Pacific Ocean meet, and above them rises the Petropavlovsky Lighthouse — the oldest in the Far East (founded in 1850).
The one-day program includes 2-3 descents in the ski tour format (altitude difference — 300 m) to the bay where the Three Brothers kekurs are located, and to the Pacific coast.
Skiing format: in groups of 4 people, the group gets to the ski area by car and snowmobile, and already in the ski area there is a ski tour.
Program
Departure from the city, transfer to the snowmobile parking lot
Gathering of the group at a place designated by the manager. Departure by car to the snowmobile parking area. The journey runs along a paved road and takes about an hour and a half. Having arrived at the place, we meet the guides and undergo safety instructions on the route, transfer to snowmobiles and head to the skiing area.
Ski-tour
We arrive at the start of the route. It’s time to take out your skis and snowboards, check the beeper functionality again, put the probe and shovel in your backpack, listen to the instructions from the guides and go to the mountain! The elevation difference will be up to 300 m. We will get ready for lunch after 4-6 hours of skiing on untouched slopes.
Lunch al fresco and return to the city
We will set off on our return journey along the already familiar route after lunch overlooking the vast expanses of the Pacific Ocean.

Answers to frequently asked questions
What kind of medical insurance is required?
The insurance must be valid throughout the entire duration of the tour and cover the following: «freeride / off-piste skiing or snowboarding / skiing or snowboarding in non-marked areas». Merely stating «Mountain skiing» will not suffice! Medical insurance is mandatory for all tour participants.
How is the level of skiing determined in advance?
In the combined group, we can never guarantee a certain level of skiing. We base our judgement on the answers provided by our guests to the following questions: How long have you been skiing? How often? Where do you ski? How can you define your level of skiing? But the answers are always subjective and everyone can interpret the questions differently.
How many guides accompany a group?
Groups up to 4 people — 1 guide; 5–9 people — 2 guides; 10–15 people — 3 guides; 16–19 people — 4 guides.
What if my tour has been cancelled?
Payment is made after your application has been confirmed by our manager. Tour cancellation / refund policy:
• If a tour has been cancelled due to weather conditions or technical reasons — 100% refund;
• If a tour has been cancelled at the customer’s request 3 days or less before the tour start date — 40% refund;
• If a tour has been cancelled by the customer less than 1 day before the tour start date — no refund.
